Elevators

Elevators... they're not that hard of a technology to figure out but after 6 weeks of having to use them almost everyday at my mom's hospital I have to say some things. Press the right button. It's very annoying when someone comes on the lift and presses 2 or 3 buttons. It just delays my trip that much more. I also can't stand it when people, instead of pressing the actual button, press the little squared number right beside the button. I know, it looks like a button but it's not so stop trying to press it, figure it out and realize that the actual button is a 1/4 inch to the right.
Ladies... when I take a piss at a public urinal and there is stranger right next to me at his urinal, we don't talk to each other. Sure you get the odd really drunk guy that makes a comment but we never respond back and we never ever have a god damn conversation. So please, unless you are really damn hot, don't talk to us in the elevator if you don't know us. It's just spooky.

My mom as at a new hospital now and the elevators are extremely slow. Argghhhh I'm taking the stairs.

I just finished reading Walking Dead #66. This book continues to be awesome. I bet I can give these first 5 issues to anyone and they'd get hooked on it too. There is nothing better to read out there month to month guaranteed.

I also watched District 9 recently. I liked it and I'm looking forward to a sequel or two. I looked up the star (Sharlto Copley) of the movie and he'll be playing Murdock in the upcoming A-Team movie. That should be interesting. He'd be a good Rick if they ever turned Walking Dead into a movie... although I think I'd rather have a Walking Dead HBO TV Show.

My mom's is still in the hospital. She's been there 37 days. How does 4-5 days turn into 37 Days???
